Gimnastic? woa....awesome~

halo, hawayu...
Fa suke tgk ahli gimnas buat perf, lg2 gimrama...hehe...
here, hafa nk share somthng yg berfaedah tentang gimnas world or somebody yg mula nk berjinak2 dgn keria ini...hahaha keria? career lee....
actually fa bkn share mcm mne nk jd gimnas yg lemah lembut tu..yg tu kene g kelas dia...just nk share pantang larang bile nk jdnye...for real, mmg susah nk terima semua rules dia, sbb leceh dgn hidup kaun hawa yg cerewet ni...so, discipline ur mind n prove it then u will succes...ha..dgr mcm senang je an? haha..nk jd gimnas yg cemerlang kan? take it easy babe~

legal advice during training :-
1) Disiplinkn diri utk bgun pg (huhu gimnas xbole tido pg) bole nyebabkn bdn kite sembab
2) Xbole mkn mknan ringan mcm keropok, air gas n etc coz semua tu bole menambh kolestrol dlm bdn
3) Dilarang mkn junk food...nk mkn bole tp kenela balancekn dgn meal yg lain..so, jgn obses sgt kalo tgk kfc
4) Jaga berat bdn, slalunya gimnas underweight atau early normal shj..xdek normal atau obes...DANGERS!
5) Prestasi akademik kene baik kalau x..hehe tgkla ckgu suh buat ape nnti
6) Xbole tnggl latihan asas setiap hari...i mean yg rutin harian
7) Sblm tido n bagun tido kene buat regangan sbb n kekalkn flexibility
8) Stgh tmpt trainee xbole bercinta...haha
9) Jgn tngglkn latihan lebih dr a week kecuali bersbb mcm mngalami kecederaan pd part flexible tu..
10) Kene buat sesuatu yg baru tuk sesi latihan...so..tahanla..sakit woo...
11) Xbole merungut atau meraung sakit masa latihan...nk nangis pon diam2 je r...
12) Sblm latihan mesti buat regangan smpi habis...nnti sakit dan meningglkn kesan...>.<
13) Bykn minum air masak...x digalakkn minum minuman manis kecuali minuman manis asli buah
14) Jgn mkn berselng dgn minum..nnti buncit
15) Sehari buat sit-up paling kurang pon 50kali...tu pon paling minimum

pd sesiapa yg masih baru tu terseksa skit..kalau yg muda2 lg mcm dak skola rendah ok lg..kalau yg mula dr skola menengah tu lg2 ygbdn dh keras kejung tu...kene keje keras skit...tp masih x terlmbt..ok? pastu berat xbole naik...pd yg senang naik tu..kene amik berat lebih skit kt pemakanan..kawal skit nafsu k? sbb? kalau normal atau ovrweight ade masalah skit time nk lipat2 bdn tu...lipat2? huu bahayanye dgr...tu je kot nasihat dr i harini...wah! >.<

ilham gmbr dr club aviva gymnastic..byk lg step..mcm backbend(wah leh buat limbo), handstand, flip, walkover, cartwheel, needle step, elbow stand, hoedown, back handspring n etc..byk lagi step yg best2...ok hav fun...
